I'm going to recommend not dealing with these people. I rented a property from them over a number of years and the property manager was excellent. Although the house was gross when I took it over (which I found quite shocking), she was amazingly efficient at getting things done when they needed to be. At the end of the day, though, she extracted money from me and flagrantly misrepresented things (she was either dishonest or just plain stupid, and somehow accusing someone of being stupid seems worse than accusing them of being dishonest). I ended up paying rent for the landlord to do their renovations; and the property manager moved new tenants in and insisted I still paid rent on the house. I have contacted the owner of the company several times and he has never bothered replying. It's hardly a surprise that the employees would be dishonest where the boss is as well. Yuck. I won't go anywhere near these people again.
