Charles Chrin Companies moves into new maintenance facility. After decades in an inefficient and outdated quasit hut style building, Chrin embarked on a new state of the art facility. The new facility, ¼ mile from the previous building, is a pre-engineered steel structure with a truck wash bay, conveniently placed overhead doors to accommodate the variety of equipment to be repaired and more.

Congratulations to Penn Doors and Windows on their recent ribbon cutting ceremony. Ondra-Huyett Associates, Inc. completed a facade repair and brightened the interior with a new design from Donovan & Phillips Architects. The mayor was on site to congratulate the family-owned business. OHA wishes the Penn Team much continued success.

As a repeat customer for OHA, we were happy to take on adding several additions to update Anoopam Missions Facilities. The work completed helped to brighten the Missions sanctuary, meeting spaces and lobby
