Neighborhood Health Centers of the Lehigh Valley - Two Rivers Health & Wellness Building

Neighborhood Health Centers of the Lehigh Valley is the region’s official Federally Qualified Health Center. We provide primary medical services to all patients with or without health insurance, and regardless of their ability to pay.

NHCLV operates three community health centers, including one on the first floor of the Two Rivers Health & Wellness Building at 1101 Northampton Street in West Ward. Our other two locations are in downtown Allentown inside the Casa Guadalupe building, and on Southside Bethlehem inside Donegan Elementary School.

Services offered include: Behavioral Health/Mental Health Counseling, Case Management & Social Services, Chronic Care Management, Dental/Oral Health, Family Planning, Medication Assisted Therapy for Substance Use Disorder, Pediatrics, Primary Care Services, Sexually Transmitted Diseases & HIV, and Women’s Healthcare.
