McGee Aegis Solutions

McGee Aegis Solutions LLC is a Pennsylvania-based human services organization dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, and other vulnerable populations to become valued, active members of their communities. Founded in 2021, the organization provides person-centered services that promote independence, community inclusion, housing stability, and improved quality of life. Its mission is to empower people to become valued members of their community by celebrating diversity in its design.  

A hallmark of McGee Aegis Solutions’ work is its innovative approach to supporting individuals who have experienced homelessness, housing insecurity, institutionalization, or placement in highly restrictive settings. The organization has achieved groundbreaking success in helping people secure and maintain safe, permanent housing, transition from licensed residential programs and higher levels of care into homes of their own, and build sustainable lives within their communities. Through Housing Transition and Tenancy Sustaining Services and its innovative Lotus Project, McGee Aegis Solutions has helped individuals move from homelessness, housing instability, group homes, and other restrictive environments into independent community living while maintaining the supports necessary for long-term success.  

The organization’s unique continuum of services allows individuals to receive support throughout every stage of their journey, from intensive residential and behavioral health services to community-based supports that foster independence, self-determination, employment, social connections, and community participation. McGee Aegis Solutions takes pride in creating individualized pathways that help people achieve goals many once believed were unattainable, including obtaining stable housing, increasing independence, and fully participating in community life.
