Viking Pest Control

Had Viking come back for follow up. The technician who showed up was Alton (Al). I had this guy in the past and remembered him being a top notch guy. I realized my memory wasn't great. This guy was beyond excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and dug into the problem to ensure we had the best solution. He wasn't leaving anything to chance and made sure I was fully protected.

I could tell he puts the customer first and wanted to ensure I was 100% satisfied. No question went unanswered and no request went unfulfilled.

Great experience and great employee. His motto must be service with a smile.

Hopefully Al will show up for all of my home visits.

We just started using Viking Pest Control. So far we are pleased with the services and service representatives. BJ has been great as far as knowledge and communication for our pest concerns.
Today, Cesar Mercedes serviced our home. He was a delight! Very friendly, professional, and was able to answer all of my questions.
Our pest issues have gotten better since our first service appointment and we anticipate the issues to continue to get better.

We have been using Viking Pest Control, quarterly service for several years. Over those years we have had various technicians come to our home.
This past week, Steve Post came to do our quarterly inspection/ treatment. He was excellent. He communicated everything he was doing and explained any areas of concern to me clearly. He made sure that our home was protected as well as it could be and avoided using sprays in areas where our grandkids might be over and playing. It was the most thorough service we've had and we are glad Steve was our technician today.

This month, Kirk was great in treating for ants - on time, efficient and friendly. Last month, Noel came out and also did a great job in the routine check provided for mouse activity and last but definitely not least, Stacy is the BEST as she provided a free termite inspection (luckily no termites but not for lack of being thorough!) Viking provides peace of mind

I was with another company when Viking acquired them but since then the service has still been amazing. Jeremy from Viking knows our property in and out and always has our family's best interest in mind.

Cesar Mercedes was polite, professional and provided great service. Since hiring Viking we've had all our pest issues resolved. Super service!

I've been using Viking for a few years now. Ants are a huge problem in my town and every season it's a battle. I have to give a shout out to Damien. He's been assigned to my home a few times and he is the best of the best. First, he always covers his shoes, which I so appreciate. He explains everything thoroughly, takes his time to figure out where the problem is and addresses it. No rushing through. When I open my door to see they have sent Damien I know he will solve the problem for the season. Because of him, easy 5 stars.

Had a great experience with our technician Tim Ryan. He was very thorough and was sure to explain what he was doing and why. He did everything we requested and more!
