Fish Window Cleaning

This cleaning company was recommended to my manager. It was a dreadful cleaning technique. They had grime on them, I observed.Water marks were visible on the windows, which were being cleaned by a pressured system. That was a lot of money wasted for a bad work.My overall impression has been negative. I do not suggest Fish Window Cleaning . If I could, I would have given them zero stars.

We have used Fish Window Cleaning for several years. They are always dependable, on time, and thorough.

I didn't realize until after the visit that the person did not clean our sunroom door, but that was minor -- my son did it prior to hosting Thanksgiving here.

When I hang our Christmas wreaths outside on the windows, I will be oh-so-happy that they are sparkling clean.

Run from this company! The first time they were here, everything went well. I didn't have any complaints AND I had planned on using them in the future. I even recommended Fish to my sister, and she too, was pleased. A year later, much has changed. They did a horrendous job on her windows; even the frames and windowsills were still filthy. One employee had to rewash her windows but the male employee remained in the truck and didn't lift a finger.

Just today, I received a text from Fish asking if I was ready for their service. I explained that my sister had a negative experience and briefly told them what she reported to me. Instead of acknowledging there had been an issue on their end, I was told that unfortunately, my sister's complaints were unfounded.

I tried to respond with the pictures she sent of the badly cleaned windows, but my text was returned and labeled as undeliverable.

"You are mistaken. Number one, my sister didn't have any reason to lie. (She didn't even request a partial refund.) She only complained because she presumed the owner of Fish would want and appreciate feedback. Apparently not, though. Number two, because she knew I was almost ready for Fish to return to my house, she sent me pictures of the completed work, and the reason the woman had to redo her windows.

You know, all you had to do was say something like, "I'm sorry this was her experience. Sometimes we can't control every situation. We'll try to improve in the future." Instead, you implied that my sister was a liar. That attitude reflects poorly on you, your character, and ultimately, your business."

This is NOT the way to operate a business. I have lost all respect for Fish. They don't deserve my hard earned money.

After having a positive experience with Fish Window Cleaning last year, I hired them to clean my windows again this year. What a disaster!

The technicians were almost four hours late, and nobody called to let me know they were arriving late.

Shortly after the male technician "cleaned" my deck area windows and sliding glass door, I noticed dirt on them. Since they were only cleaning the outsides of the windows, I cleaned the insides to see if the dirt was on the inside. As soon as I saw that there was dirt was on the outside, I cleaned a portion of the outside of the sliding glass door and called the technician over. When I told him he missed a lot of spots, he told me the dirt was on the inside. I showed him it was not. He then said the spots were too hard to remove and I would need to scrape them or use Clorox. I then showed him one of the areas he missed and cleaned it with my own window cleaner. He asked what I was using and then stood there as I continued to clean the window. I finally said I was going inside and reminded him that HE was supposed to be cleaning my windows.

I noticed there were water spots on the windows that were being cleaned by a pressurized system. I was told it was ionized water and the windows would dry clear. They did not dry clear: rather, there were spots and streaks on most of the windows.

The technicians were packing up their equipment when I noticed they had not touched the garage windows, and they didn't seem too happy to have to wash them. When I spoke to the female technician and showed her the spotting that had occurred, she rewashed most of the windows. As she was rewashing the windows, the male technician asked me to walk with him and check their work. I responded by saying I would do that after they had finished the job. Not only were windows still being washed (by only one of the technicians), but screens were still out of some windows. I also noticed that the frames of the windows where the screens had been replaced had never been cleaned, nor had the sills been wiped.

I shared my experience with the company and sent them pictures I took the next morning of an area that had not been cleaned properly (streaks on the window and filthy tracks) after two attempts. I got a call of apology the next day. I shared my experience with my sister, who had been planning to use them, and she decided not to use them again. My sister got a solicitation from Fish Window Cleaning today and she told them she would not use them because of what happened to me. She gave them my name. They responded that my "complaints were unfounded."

She tried responding to their message but found that her number had been blocked.

I had service at my residence today . Prompt arrival, thorough attention to detail and reassuring attention to important things like not staining carpet . Will definitely have Fish Window Cleaning clean my residence windows in the future.

Our windows were in need of a good thorough cleaning. Your guys showed up in their red truck, introduced themselves and got right to work. They were friendly and professional and did a thorough job - right down to vacuuming the tracks and sills. Our windows haven't looked this clear since they were new!

I just had Fish Window Cleaning here to clean out my gutters. My first contact with "Dave" was pleasant. He was able to schedule his crew to come out the next day. They arrived on time and got right to work. His employees were friendly and professional and did a wonderful job. They completely cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend this company and its employees. Will definitely be using this company again!

This is our second time using Fish. Very professional window service that is reasonably priced. I recommend them if your looking for your outdoor and indoor windows cleaned. Saved me two weekends!
