You better be careful if you are looking for a "FREE" estimate. They looked at an insurance repair job for my parents who were in their late 70's. When they went with a different contractor they were sent a substantial bill for the quote. When they didn't pay it they were sent a letter from an attorney. They never experienced anything like that before and were so scared and upset. Not really nice business methods at all. Do not trust them at all.

This company never ever disappoints. We've used CTS for years. They've replaced our water heater, they've rushed out in an emergency, and they annually clean our furnace at the beginning of winter. Prices are always reasonable, and the guys are always very friendly and accommodating. I recommend Curtis to everyone.

I struggle to find powerful enough words to describe the horror of working with this company. 1 star is too high of a rating. The complete lack of professionalism compounded with the repeated lying and false promises disgusts me. I would never recommend anyone use them EVER!! They didn't show up for 2 scheduled appointments, repeatedly missed windows by 2 hrs or more ( before calling when they did call), and rescheduled a third appointment. My mom waited at my house till 6:15 on a 1 to 3p scheduled window. Take a guess...NO SHOW!

If I could give them - 100 I would. They came out and did an hours worth of work and charged me 1300 bux. Do not use them. They lied about unnecessary repairs as well.

Would give zero stars if I could. Paid a good deal of money to have a new heating system installed about 4 years ago. Called today because system wasn't working and on-call technician said he would be out to diagnose the issue. He then called back and said he has no parts for my unit. I find this hard to believe since it is a unit they recommended and installed. Was told to call back on Tuesday for an appointment Asked for a call from the supervisor on duty and still haven't received one. Meanwhile, I'm without heat with unseasonable temperatures over a holiday weekend.
I did check online for authorized servicers for my unit and interestingly enough, Curtis isn't even on the list. Luckily a local competitor is and is on the way to help!

I am disgusted! We have used your company for many repairs and a whole new ac unit. I had someone come today to replace our water heater and we were quoted $3700 with a coupon. I asked for an estimate on the phone and was told I could not get one. $3700 is a crime. I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to use you. I want my $189 back the man was here for 5 minutes. Absolutely awful!!!!!!!!

In 2019 we researched several local companies to find the best bang for our buck to install a new oil furnace/water boiler. We decided to go with Curtis Total Service. An employee by the name of Matt came to provide us with literature and prices. Matt offered a payment plan through a credit card which made the installation expenses manageable. We had our furnace installed and cannot say enough about the team who came to do it. They were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They answered any and all questions we had. We were able to pay off our debt earlier than expected with no interest accrued and we're so glad we took advantage of that offer. We would recommend Curtis Total Service anytime to anyone. We made the right decision.

I am finishing my basement. I called Curtis to move may HVAC and water heater. They quoted me $5500 for the job. I knew it was high, but thought it was worth it to get job done right.

The job was scheduled for September 29-30th. I got a call two days before that they will not be coming and need to reschedule. I told them I was under a time crunch since I was paying contractors to do the work in the basement and would now have to wait.

Two weeks later, they came in, moved the HVAC. Did not complete the job. The humidifier is still not connected. The condensation drain line is run over the electric junction box (EXTREMELY DANGEROUS). Insulation is not reinstalled and the list goes one (All photographed and documented for the court!

It was supposed to be a two day job with 4 guys. It turned into over a week. At one time, they had 11 guys in my basement with one guy working and the other 10 standing around.

When time came to move the water heater. They refused and demanded an extra $4600. This is in spite of being over two weeks late and not doing the HVAC job correctly.

We signed a contract. I paid them a deposit. They made me lose money on my contractors and then left me high and dry. I had to find an emergency plumber to come out and do the job correctly at the last hour. You can imaging how much that cost me.

To top it all off, they demanded I pay them more than my deposit for a job not finished.

Rest assured Curtis, my lawyer has the case now. You will not only pay for my emergency plumber but also pay for my contractors' time and my wasted time, not to mention my lawyer's time. Get ready and see you in court!

They scammed my elderly father. I hope that they are forced out of business due to their unscrupulous practices, especially towards the elderly. Please don't use this company. I only wish older folks knew about yelp.

Don't use Curtis total service. They wanted to charge my older mother over $5,000 to replace a part that another local business did for $1,200. They are now suing my mother for a restocking fee on the part of over $700!

As far as I'm concerned they preyed on my mother. That was predatory behavior on someone who didn't know any better if I've ever seen it. Do your research first folks. Don't let Curtis total service take advantage of you.
