B&B Pools does a great Job!
I called the store bc of the pandemic, they had me drop off a water sample in front of the store.
They called me with my water test results moments later, and asked if I needed anything I ordered some shock, chlorine tabs, and a few other chemicals, along with a thermometer, they even asked me what type I wanted.
I paid over the phone they said it would be ready at 3:45 I arrived and a gentleman in a mask brought it out and put it in my car.
The order was correct and they even gave me a sample jar for next time.

I have had service with B&B pools since we had our pool put in about
27 years ago and have stayed with them. The pool they put in was an in ground pool and the service we have received over the years has always been outstanding. There have been some changes here and there within the staff there, but there are some staff that have been part of putting in our pool. We had our pool replastered a few years ago and B&B was with us all the way making sure all was done correctly. Since then, we now have valet service weekly and even winter checkups. I cannot say enough what personal care you get from all the staff, from the office to the people who come and service your pool, from opening and closing it, valet service, and if any problems arise they are addressed and taken care of immediately. If you need any supplies, have a question about whatever, and/or any problems, they are there to help and make it all work for you. There are a few other pool places closer to where we live in Forks Township, PA, but I would only use B&B as they have the extensive knowledge being a family business for so many years, and still continue to be the best. You will not be disappointed and love the way your pool looks and enjoy it for a long time.
