Visions FCU’s President/CEO Tyrone Muse joined credit union industry leaders and representatives of the African- American Credit Union Coalition (AACUC) during the Governmental Affairs Conference in Washington, DC, where they were thrilled to announce the creation of the AACUC’s Future Fund. In celebration of #EarthDay, over 350 volunteers, including a fantastic group from Visions, joined forces with the Rosamond Gifford Zoo to celebrate our planet! Our team tackled two exciting projects: shoveling fresh dirt for the aviary to create a happy and healthy home for our feathered friends, and building bluebird boxes with the help of the NYS Parks Dept., providing much-needed nesting spots for these beautiful birds. While Team Visions focused on these projects, other volunteers across the park were busy with gardening, weeding, clearing brush, trash pick-up, organizing, and so much more!
