🌳🌎 Happy Earth Day! The Butz Family of Companies is committed to bettering this planet through our sustainable measures in construction. Seven Tower Bridge located in Conshohocken, PA features many sustainable characteristics within its design. The masonry and concrete building materials were crushed and recycled as stone fill material to be used on site, along with subsurface concrete and slabs. The steel was returned to the foundry to be used as recycled content in new, American-made materials. And the massive timber framing was salvaged to be re-manufactured as aged yellow pine flooring. #buildingexcellence #earthday #sustainability
